Cheryl is always quick to respond to requests (sometimes at quite short notice. Has facility to take ironing even when she is not in which is quite convenient, meaning we can drop a load off when it convenient for us.

She is always proactive in letting us know when she will be unavailable to allow us to manage when we get things too her.

Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Have never had any problems and will likely be using 'Pressed for Time' for the foreseeable future.
